Why this course?
Classic AUTOSAR – 40 Hours (20 Days, Daily 2-Hour Sessions)
This training takes engineers step-by-step through the AUTOSAR Classic stack, using short, focused daily sessions that fit around a working schedule while still delivering deep, hands-on configuration and implementation experience.
Foundations (Day 1–2)
Introduction to AUTOSAR architecture and the Application Layer — covering VFB-level design, software components, and interfaces.
RTE & OS (Day 3–5)
RTE Layer implementation, RTOS concepts, and AUTOSAR OS — building the runtime foundation that connects application software to the underlying stack.
BSWM & Artop (Day 6–9)
BSW Manager configuration and mode management, followed by a three-part deep dive into Artop-based tooling and configuration workflows (Artop I, II, III).
Communication Stack (Day 10–15)
A complete walkthrough of the CAN communication path — starting with a COM Stack introduction and CAN protocol fundamentals, then hands-on configuration of the COM Module, PDUR, CANIF, and CAN TP modules, including signal tracing and PDU routing.
Diagnostic Stack (Day 16–18)
UDS protocol fundamentals followed by implementation of the DEM (Diagnostic Event Manager) and DCM (Diagnostic Communication Manager) modules.
Memory Stack (Day 19–20)
NvM (NV Memory Manager) and EA (EEPROM Abstraction) module configuration and implementation, rounding out the non-volatile data handling layer.
By the end, participants will be able to configure, implement, and troubleshoot core AUTOSAR Classic modules across Application, Communication, Diagnostic, and Memory layers.
Target Audience: Embedded Engineers in Automotive, ECU Developers/Users, Project Leaders
Prerequisite: Knowledge of software development for automotive systems
Delivery: Online | Daily 2-hour live sessions | 20 days
